MARCH 24/24-Added rabbits to AVAILABLE page My first memory of rabbits was my mom taking me by the hand when I was little to look at our small communal herd. I remember her telling me we had to be quiet because one had made a nest. Rabbits have such a healing quiet way about them. I'm very passionate about the holland lop breed in particular.
Our rabbitry is small scale but we work very hard in striving to perfect our Hollands according to the ARBA Standard of Perfection, which I study often. Our breeding program is not taken lightly and each rabbit is evaluated on it's health, temperament, and type before doing so as to rectify the faults in one rabbit with the attributes of another. We specialize in Torts and Wideband Hollands but have other colors as well. Type will always come first. A lot of work and heart goes into caring for our rabbits. Golden Ears Rabbitry is registered with the ARBA. We belong to the HLRSC(Holland Lop Specialty Club) Our goal is to get as close as we can to the Standard of Perfection, with rabbits that have friendly, outgoing personalities. We do sell pets on occasion as well to approved homes. Please do your research before inquiring about one. They do require care specific to their species. A holland lop can be a wonderful addition to your family as they have investigative and naturally outgoing personalities. |
